At Cocktail Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your barware and accessories. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your home bar, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure glassware and fragile bar tools are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
