We take extra care in packaging our premium glassware using reinforced boxes and biodegradable padding. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.

Unused bar tools in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bitters or syrups.
